These terms apply to your use of the Loopkit website. A client engagement is governed by its own written agreement.

About this website
The website provides general information about Loopkit and its founding-client pilot. It is an invitation to discuss a possible engagement, not a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Pilot scope and payment
Any pilot begins only after Loopkit and the client confirm fit, scope, timing, responsibilities, and payment terms in writing. The website price describes the current standard pilot offer, but an engagement may require a different scope where both parties agree.
No guaranteed outcomes
Loopkit aims to improve the consistency of lead response and follow-up, but does not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, booked meetings, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside the system, including lead quality, the client offer, sales execution, and third-party tools.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Loopkit name, website design, copy, and related materials are owned by Loopkit or used with permission. These terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, or create misleading associations with Loopkit.
Third-party services
The website and any future engagement may rely on third-party platforms. Those platforms operate under their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
Changes
We may update the website and these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from the new effective date.
